Alcohol Drug Helpline

The Alcohol Drug Helpline is a free and confidential service which can be contacted by free- phoning 0800 787 797.

It offers support and help for anybody concerned about their own or another person’s alcohol and/or drug use.

The people who run this service provide compassionate and helpful advice, information and support. When you talk to someone at the Helpline, they will talk you through whatever issue or problem you are facing and explain the best options of help that are available.

It’s a fair bet that you are already on this site because you are looking for some help about your own or someone else’s drinking and drug use. That’s great and the Helpline is an excellent starting point for getting useful and supportive advice help for people with drink and drug problems.

So if you are experiencing issues with alcohol or drugs – don’t pick up a drink or a drug. Instead, pick up the phone.

The Alcohol and Drug Helpline operates seven days a week, from 10 am until 10 pm – free- phone 0800 787 797.
